The City Council will hold its regular meeting in the Norma S. Rodriguez Council Chamber in the
Municipal Plaza Building located at 114 W. Commerce Street beginning at the above referenced date
and time for the following items. Once convened, the City Council will take up the following items in
any order during the meeting but no sooner than the designated times.

4. Ordinance approving modifications, based on the recommendations of the SAWS 2022 Rate
Advisory Committee, to all water delivery, water supply, and wastewater rate structures for the
San Antonio Water System’s (SAWS) residential, general, irrigation, and wholesale class
customers on or about January 1, 2023, and approving modifications to various SAWS Special
Services Fees effective as of January 1, 2023 to include an automatic annual increase, at the
annual rate of inflation, for Special Service Fees subject to a costofservice study with any future

7. Ordinance approving the following contracts establishing unit prices for goods and services for an
estimated annual cost of $86,000 included in the respective department's FY 2023 Adopted
Budget: (A) D. H. Pace Company, Inc., dba Door Control Services, for automatic smoke door
control system preventative maintenance; and (B) MB Dustless Air Filter Company, LLC, for

Capital Improvements
8. Ordinance approving a deductive change order to the construction contract with SpawGlass Civil
Construction, Inc. in the amount of $222,590.19 related to the final quantities installed for the
Airfield Improvements Package 6 project at the San Antonio International Airport; this action will

9. Ordinance authorizing the negotiation and execution of 58 professional services contracts for Civil
Engineering Services, 25 professional services contracts for Architecture Services and 57

toexceed $86 million; and, the negotiation and execution of agreements with utility companies to
accept reimbursement for utility work from respective utilities included in these contracts; and
payment subject to the availability of funds in connection with the 20222027 General Obligation

12. Ordinance amending Chapter 10 of the City Code of San Antonio, Texas, entitled "Building

of the International Code Council (ICC), Inc., BuildingRelated Codes, the 2020 National
