The City Council will hold its regular meeting in the Norma S. Rodriguez Council Chamber in the
Municipal Plaza Building located at 114 W. Commerce Street beginning at the above referenced date
and time for the following items. Once convened, the City Council will take up the following items in
any order during the meeting but no sooner than the designated times.

8. Ordinance amending in the increased amount not to exceed $261,450 to the previously approved
$3,987,825.55 Professional Engineering Services Agreement with Moore Iacafano Goltsman, Inc.
(MIG) for design, engineering and construction phase services related to the construction of utilities
for development parcels within the northwest quadrant of Hemisfair to be constructed as part of
the South Alamo Street (Market Street to East Cesar E. Chavez Boulevard) Project. Funding is
from the Hemisfair Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone and the 2017 – 2022 General Obligation
Bond Program funds included in the FY 2023 FY 2028 Capital Improvement Program.

Acquisition, Sale or Lease of Real Property
9. Ordinance extending the Lease Agreement with San Saba Opportunity Fund, LP for the San
Antonio Fire Department's use of the leased premises at 215 South San Saba for an additional five
years for a total cost of $1,733,193 over the term of the lease. Funding for the first five months of
the lease in the amount of $129,168 is from the FY 2023 General Fund Budget. Funding for future

10. Ordinance authorizing the sale of an unimproved Cityowned property located near the

22. Ordinance approving the process, including necessary documentation and City response time

23. Ordinance approving the selection of 19 qualified construction contractor firms to be placed on a
