The City Council will hold its regular meeting in the Norma S. Rodriguez Council Chamber in the
Municipal Plaza Building located at 114 W. Commerce Street beginning at the above referenced date
and time for the following items. Once convened, the City Council will take up the following items in
any order during the meeting but no sooner than the designated times.

reimbursed by San Antonio Water System and $1,400 reimbursed by CPS Energy for necessary
adjustments to their existing infrastructure. Funding is from the General Fund, Advanced
Transportation District Fund, 2022 General Obligation Bond Program, debt proceeds, and other

reimbursed by CPS Energy for necessary adjustments to their existing infrastructure. Funding is

10. Ordinance approving an Advanced Funding Agreement between the City of San Antonio and the
Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), accepting reimbursement in the estimated amount
not to exceed $1,200,000 from TxDOT for constructionrelated expenses and authorizing
payment in the amount not to exceed $20,566 to TxDOT for administrative oversight of federal
funds for the Abe Lincoln Shared Use Path project, a General Fund and federally funded project.
A match for this project of $300,000 will be paid for by the City. Funding is from the General

main replacement at the Santa Rosa Street and Nueva Street intersection as part of the Zona

authorizing the acceptance of funds in the amount of $509,037.27 from CPS Energy to the Santa

debt proceeds and the 2017 General Obligation Bond Program included in the FY 2024 FY
funds for the Abe Lincoln Shared Use Path project, a General Fund and federally funded project.

Cesar E. Chavez Boulevard) project; and authorizing the acceptance of $462,045.89 from SAWS
for the South Alamo Street (Market Street to East Cesar E. Chavez) project. Funding is from
