The City Council will hold its regular meeting in the Norma S. Rodriguez Council Chamber in the
Municipal Plaza Building located at 114 W. Commerce Street beginning at the above referenced date
and time for the following items. Once convened, the City Council will take up the following items in
any order during the meeting but no sooner than the designated times.

deferred maintenance on San Antonio Airport System owned and leased buildings. Each contract

method for incidental demolition, construction, repair, rehabilitation, alteration, and deferred

in the amount not to exceed $5,600 to TxDOT for Direct State Costs for the Multimodal Planning

28. Ordinance amending in the increased amount of $1,285,664 for a total Advanced Funding

in the amount not to exceed $25,919 to TxDOT for administrative oversight of federal funds for

The match for this project is $1,051,394 which will be paid for by the City. Funding is from 2017

Grant Applications and Awards
32. Ordinance to accept and appropriate grant funds from the Federal Aviation Administration’s
Airport Improvements Program in an amount up to $7,489,455 with the City's grant match of
$2,496,486, for a total grant amount of $9,985,941; and the Department of Transportation's
Bipartisan Infrastructure Law Airport Terminal Program in an amount up to $18,000,000 with the
City's grant match of $4,5000,000 for a total grant amount of $22,500,000. The City of San
