The City Council will hold its regular meeting in the Norma S. Rodriguez Council Chamber in the

Sundt Construction, Inc. in the increased amount not to exceed $116,937; and (3) amendment in

Grant Applications and Awards

$14,347,660 from the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) for the City of San

December 31, 2026; 2) additions to Metro Health staff; 3) the execution of a Memoranda of
Agreement with DSHS to implement these grantfunded projects; 4) an agreement with the DSHS
related to a wastewater monitoring program; and 5) an agreement with the Southwest Texas
Regional Advisory Council (STRAC) in an amount up to $7,500 for a term beginning January 1,
2025 through June 30, 2025, with the option to renew for four, oneyear terms, for a total amount

or their designee; appointing Christina Martinez to the Board of Trustees of the Trust and to the
