Affirming the decision of the Board of Adjustment to deny the applicant's appeal for a variance from the maximum 87.5 sign square footage that would allow for a 210.5 square foot digital sign, located at 11900 IH-10 West. The applicant is appealing to the City Council pursuant to City Code Sec. 28-5. Approval of this item would deny the requested variance of the applicant. Ordinance amending the 2024 Task Order Contract for Flatwork and Street Improvements Package 2 with FD Concrete, LLC. in the increased amount of $1,144,000 for a revised contract value of $5,966,777 for additional construction services to complete sidewalk and streets construction projects. Ordinance amending the Design Services Agreement with WGI, Inc. in the increased amount of $93,180, for a total contract amount of $1,511,788, for additional civil engineering services funded by San Antonio Water System for a shared use path for pedestrians and bikes to provide connectivity from Avenue B and Maverick Park to Lockwood Dignowity Park (Hays Street Bridge Connections, 2022 General Obligation Bond Linear Greenway Trails Project). Ordinance amending a professional services agreement with Applied Research Associates, Inc. in the increased amount of $271,600 for a total contract amount of $1,621,500 to add consultant services to streets optimization and project planning efforts.
