Rodriguez Council Chamber in the Municipal Plaza Building located at 114 W. Commerce Street beginning at the above referenced date and time for the following items. Once convened, the City Council will take up the following items in any order during the meeting but no sooner than the designated times. 9:00 AM: Call to Order Members of the public can comment on items on the agenda. Pledge of Allegiance POINT OF PERSONAL PRIVILEGE CONSENT AGENDA Purchase of Services, Supplies and Equipment 3. Ordinance approving a contract with Trane U.S., Inc., for the modernization of 18 air handling units at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center for the Convention and Sports Facilities Department for a total amount not to exceed $2,632,772.70. Funding is from the Texas Public Facility Corporation and included in the FY 2026 Capital Budget. Ward, Inc., extending the term from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026, with four additional, one-year renewal options, for Page: 2 an estimated total cost of $753,986.64, for the maintenance and support of the vehicle-based Telematics/GPS solution used by various City departments. Funding is from the General Fund, Storm Water Operating Fund, Facility Services Fund, and Development Services Fund FY 2026 Adopted Budgets. Ordinance amending the contract with CNC Technologies, LLC, for maintenance and support of the Helicopter Video Down Link System for the San Antonio Police Department (SAPD) and Office of Emergency Management (OEM) to extend the contract for ten months, with four additional, one-year renewal periods for a total cost of $651,665.34. Funding of $98,170.34 for the first ten months, December 1, 2025, through September 30, 2026 is from the General Fund FY 2026 Adopted Budget, and $77,098.56 is from the OEM 2025 Urban Area Security Initiative (UASI) and 2025 State Homeland Security Program (SHSP) Grant. Funding for subsequent years is contingent upon City Council's approval of the annual budget. Ordinance amending the Professional Services Agreement with KCI Technologies, Inc. to increase the amount by $1,105,302.39, of which, $302,186.50 will be reimbursed by San Antonio Water System and $188,819 will be reimbursed by CPS Energy for a total Professional Services Agreement amount of $3,597,680.19. Increase is for additional design, engineering, and construction phase services for the Roosevelt Avenue (US 90 to Southeast Loop 410) 2017 Bond and federally funded project. Ordinance amending the Professional Services Agreement with KCI Technologies, Inc. to increase the amount by $3,028,470.29, of which $100,000 will be reimbursed by San Antonio Water System (SAWS), and $100,000 will be reimbursed by CPS Energy for a total Professional Services Agreement amount of $3,407,899.18. Increase is for additional design and construction phase services for the Roosevelt Avenue (VFW Boulevard to Harding Boulevard), a 2022 Bond project. Ordinance amending the 2024 Pavement Preservation Packages 11 and 12 and the 2025 Pavement Preservation Packages 14 and 15 with J&P Paving Co. Inc. in the increased amount of $1,770,076.86 for a total contract value of $8,915,534.28 for additional construction services to complete pavement preservation efforts.
