Ordinance 1) approving a Construction Manager At Risk (CMAR) agreement with San Antonio Water System and Flatiron-EZ Bel for pre-construction and construction phase services in an amount not to exceed $27,978,116 of which $2,800,000 will be reimbursed by the San Antonio Water System and $1,471,960 will be reimbursed by CPS Energy; and 2) amending a Professional Services Agreement with HDR Engineering, Inc., in the increased amount not to exceed $690,121 for channel improvements, drainage culvert crossings and utility adjustments, of which $210,603 will be reimbursed by San Antonio Water System for a total of $3,690,506.64 as part of the Marbach Road Area Streets/Area Drainage (Loop 410 to Horal Street) project. Funding of $50,000 for the required cash match is from the FY 2026 General Fund Adopted Budget, $67,794 is from the 2015 Parks Development and Expansion Venues Fund, and $747,161.25 is from the 2022 General Obligation Bond Program included in the FY 2026 Capital Budget.
