Ordinance approving a construction contract with E-Z Bel Construction, LLC in an amount not to exceed $6,172,184.60 for the Babcock Road (West Hausman to UTSA Blvd), 2022 Bond project, of which $88,955 will be reimbursed by San Antonio Water System (SAWS), and $241,143 will be reimbursed by CPS Energy.
