Rodriguez Council Chamber in the Municipal Plaza Building located at 114 W. Commerce Street beginning at the above referenced date and time for the following items. Once convened, the City Council will take up the following items in any order during the meeting but no sooner than the designated times. 9:00 AM: Call to Order Members of the public can comment on items on the agenda. Ordinance approving a contract with ATTA Elevators San Antonio, Inc. to perform elevator modernizations at the City Tower and City Tower Parking Garage, located at 100 W. Houston Street, for an amount not to exceed $2,277,933.95, for the Building and Equipment Services Department. Funding is available from the City Tower Contingency Fund included in the FY 2026 Capital Budget. Ordinance approving a Professional Services Agreement with KCI Technologies, Inc. to provide engineering and environmental services for the Rittiman Road Grade Separation project for a total not to exceed amount of $6,300,299.39, of which $900,000 will be reimbursed by San Antonio Water System (SAWS) and $700,000 will be reimbursed by CPS Energy, for the Capital Delivery Department. Funding is available from the Prior Debt Proceeds and Federal Railroad Administration included in the FY 2026 Capital Budget. Ordinance approving a Task Order Contract for the 2026 Street Rehabilitation Package 4 with AG3 Group, LLC in an amount not to exceed $4,282,762.50 of which $145,300 will be reimbursed by San Antonio Water System (SAWS), and $3,750 will be reimbursed by CPS Energy. Funding is available from the General Fund, Advanced Transportation District Fund, Right of Way Fund and included in the FY 2026 Capital Budget. Ordinance renewing a lease with DW SA Centerview, LLC, for the use of 4606 Centerview Drive by the San Antonio Police Department, for seven years for the initial annual rent of $62,400, increasing to an annual rent of $67,080. Funding of $31,200 is from the General Fund FY 2026 Adopted Budget. Funding for future years is contingent upon City Council approval of annual budget. [David W. Ordinance authorizing the closure, vacation and abandonment of 0.047 of an acre (2,041.40 square feet) portion of a 10-foot-wide unimproved public right of way (alley) in New City Block 8993, between Delta Street and Castroville Road, as requested by Petitioner, City of San Antonio. Ordinance approving the acquisition, on behalf of the CPS Energy, through negotiation or condemnation of interests in land sufficient for project purposes involving seventeen (17) permanent electric transmission easements and two (2) temporary construction easements on privately-owned real property located on the northwest side of Bexar County, in County Blocks 4508, 4510, 4577, 4577A, 4578, 4598, 4597, beginning at the Ranchtown Substation along State Highway 16 and following an existing electric transmission corridor in a southwesterly direction along State Highway 211 to the Talley Road Substation; declaring Page: 3 the project to be for public use and a public necessity for the acquisition. Commerce, Ltd. to 234 Riverwalk Guys, LLC, doing business as Waxy O’Connor’s Irish Pub. This lease assignment results in no fiscal impact to the City. [David W. Ordinance approving a Sports License Agreement with The Miracle League of San Antonio, Inc. for operations, maintenance, and programming at Luis Gomez Park. There is no fiscal impact. [David W. Ordinance authorizing the acceptance of grant funds from the Federal Aviation Administration Airport Improvement Program in the amount of $3,797,157 with a cash match of $1,265,719 for a total of $5,062,876 for the Airfield Safety Enhancement and Improvements Program at the San Antonio International Airport.
