The City Council will hold its regular meeting in the Norma S. Rodriguez Council Chamber in
the Municipal Plaza Building located at 114 W. Commerce Street beginning at the above
referenced date and time for the following items. Once convened, the City Council will take
up the following items in any order during the meeting but no sooner than the designated times.

6. Ordinance approving a contract with PropertyRoom.com, Inc. for online auction services
for the San Antonio Police Department (SAPD) for an estimated annual revenue of $90,000
and an estimated total contract revenue of $450,000, to begin on March 20, 2026, with an
initial three-year term with two, one-year renewal periods. Revenue will be deposited into

7. Ordinance approving an agreement with Versaterm Public Safety US, Inc. for the
configurable automated system platform SPIDR Public Safety Notification System for an

effective March 14, 2026. Funding of $768,039.85 is from the General Fund FY 2026
Adopted Budget. Funding for future years is contingent on City Council approval of the

8. Ordinance approving a contract with UNICOM Government, Inc., to provide equipment
services for the Communications and Engagement Department for a total not to exceed

and Government Fund Adopted Budget. Funding for future years is contingent upon City

9. Ordinance amending the contract with Samsara, Inc. for Video Event Recorders and

Funding of $159,313.50 is from the Solid Waste Operating & Maintenance Fund Adopted

10. Ordinance amending the contract with Cintas Corporation No. 2 for the purchase of

11. Ordinance approving a contract with Carahsoft Technology Corporation (Carahsoft) to
provide the San Antonio Metropolitan Health District with software licenses and
implementation services for a Food and Environmental Health permitting, inspection, and
compliance solution for a total cost of $1,815,447.53. Funding for implementation services

and year one license subscription in the amount of $1,112,888.60 is funded from the Center
for Disease Control's (CDC) Public Health Infrastructure Grant. Funding for subsequent

Capital Improvements
12. Ordinance approving a Funding Agreement between the City of San Antonio and the
Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and accepting federal grant funds in an amount
not to exceed $8,000,000 for planning, design, and environmental work for safety and
multimodal improvements along an approximately 5-mile segment of Culebra Road from
General McMullen Drive to Loop 410. Funding of $3,000,000 for the required match is
from the 2022 General Obligation Bond Program included in the FY 2026 Capital Budget.

13. Ordinance amending the Professional Services Agreement with Quiddity Engineering, LLC
in the increased amount not to exceed $99,099.56 for a total contract amount of

Funding is from the FEMA Legislative Pre-Disaster Mitigation Program Grant and the
Storm Water Regional Facilities Fund included in the FY 2026 Capital Budget. [John

14. Ordinance approving a professional services agreement with AECOM Technical Services,
Inc. for study and preliminary design services for the Improving Neighborhood Access

Funding includes $2,960,000 from the United States Department of Transportation
Neighborhood Access and Equity (NAE) Planning Grant and $740,000 for the 20% local

Acquisition, Sale or Lease of Real Property
15. Ordinance renewing a lease with Warfield 4, for the use of 4,500 square feet of clinic space

and Children Clinic. Lease term is for five years with the initial annual rent of $89,547.96
increasing to $98,277.96 annually. Funding is from the Women, Infants, and Children Grant

16. Ordinance approving a lease assignment of Bird and Pear, located in Building #10 at La
