A quorum of Commissioners may meet on the Sunshine Project after the meeting and will
not discuss Commission Business.
*In compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, at any time during the City/County
Joint Commission on Elderly Affairs meeting, the Commission may meet in Executive
Session under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, including consultation with
an attorney.
