Velasquez Learning Center 1302 N Zarzamora St. beginning at 4:00 PM. Once convened, the City of San Antonio Commission on Strengthening Family Well­Being will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times. Once a quorum is established, the City of San Antonio Commission on Strengthening Family Well­Being shall consider the following: Approval of Minutes 1. Approval of the minutes from the City of San Antonio Commission on Strengthening Family Well­ Being meeting on September 8, 2022. Public Comments Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 2. Briefing on City of San Antonio ARPA Funds Contracting Process. 3. Briefing on the FY2023 Volunteer Income Assistance Program (VITA). 4. Briefing on the City of San Antonio’s Financial Empowerment Center. 5. Discussion on Commission meeting schedule .
