Once convened, the Community Action Advisory Board Meeting will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times. Once a quorum is established, the Community Action Advisory Board Meeting shall consider the following: Approval of Minutes 1. Approval of the minutes from the Community Action Advisory Board meeting on February 20, 2025. Public Comments Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 2. Welcome New Community Action Advisory Board Members, for Representative of Low­Income Individuals and Families 3. Installation of Community Action Advisory Board Members 4. Community Action Advisory Board Election of Officers. 5. Community Action Advisory Board Annual Governance Training for members 6. Review Community Action Advisory Board By­Laws. 7. Review of Community Action Advisory Board Mission Statement 8. Approval of 2023­2024 Annual Report with minor edits 9. Approval of the 2025­2026 Head Start and EHS Program ERSEA Recruitment Plan 10. Head Start Governance Training At any time during the meeting, the Community Action Advisory Board Meeting may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code. 3.
