Once convened, the Community Action Advisory Board Meeting will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times. Approval of the minutes from the Community Action Advisory Board meeting on April 17, 2025 Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 2. Review of Texas Department of Housing & Community Affairs (TDHCA) Updates 3. Review Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) updates 4. Approval of Head Start Pre-K Program Policy Updates with minor edits 5. Approval of Early Head Start/Early Head Start Child Care Partnership Program Policy Updates with minor edits 6. Review of Head Start Pre-K, Early Head Start (EHS), and Early Head Start-Child Care Partnership (EHS-CCP) Fiscal Report 7. Review of EHS and EHS-CCP Quality Assurance Report 8. Review of Head Start Pre-K, EHS, and EHS-CCP Monthly Program Report V. ANNOUNCEMENT/COMMENTS VI. NEXT CAAB MEETING- JULY 17,2025, BRADY HEAD START BUILDING VII. ADJOURNMENT At any time during the meeting, the Community Action Advisory Board Meeting may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
