Rodriguez Council Chamber at the Municipal Plaza Building beginning at 9:00 AM. Once convened, the Community Health, Environment , and Culture Committee will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times. The transfer of operations and management of the Crane Bat Cave preserve from the Edwards Aquifer Protection Program (EAPP) to the Southern Edwards Plateau Habitat Conservation Plan (SEP­HCP).
