Approval of the minutes from the Conservation Advisory Board meeting on October 22, 2025 d) Items of Community Interest e) Public Comments Individual Items 1. Election of Officers 2. Discussion and update regarding the Morani River Ranch and Cherry Springs Ranch projects: The Nature Conservancy 3. A discussion and update regarding the Westervelt Property and Bocquet Ranch projects: Green Spaces Alliance 4. Action on proposed items and acquisitions from Agenda items 1, 2 and 3 5. Program Fiscal Report 6. Report, Discussion and Action regarding Agenda and Date for upcoming CAB meeting: January 28, 2026 Executive Session At any time during the meeting, the Board may meet in Executive Session to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real estate and discuss related legal issues pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections 551.072 (real property) and 551.071 (consultation with an attorney).
