The Disability Access Advisory Committee will hold its regular meeting in the Westfall Library, 6111 Rosedale Ct. beginning at 3:00 PM. Once convened, the Disability Access Advisory Committee will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times. Once a quorum is established, the Disability Access Advisory Committee shall consider the following: Approval of Minutes 1. Approval of the minutes from the Disability Access Advisory Committee meeting on {November 14 and December 12, 2022} Public Comments Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 2. Transfer of Chairs 3. Presentation: 311 Overview by Paula Stallcup, Director 4. Approvaal of the 2022 Annual Report 5. Finalize Goals for 2023 6. Member/ DAO Updates ADJOURNMENT The next meeting will be held on Monday, March 13 ,2023 At any time during the meeting, the Disability Access Advisory Committee may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
