The Economic and Workforce Development Committee will hold its regular meeting in the Council
Briefing Room at City Hall beginning at 10:00 AM. Once convened, the Economic and Workforce
Development Committee will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times.
Members of the public can comment on items on the agenda. To sign up to speak visit

Once a quorum is established, the Economic and Workforce Development Committee shall consider the

1. Approval of the minutes from the Economic and Workforce Development Committee meetings on
June 10, 2022 and June 15, 2022.

4. Briefing on the American Rescue Act Plan (ARPA) spending framework for Digital Inclusion/
Literacy. [John Peterek, Assistant to the City Manager; Brian Dillard, Chief Innovation Officer,
Office of Innovation]

At any time during the meeting, the Economic and Workforce Development Committee may meet in
executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters
under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
