City of San Antonio AGENDA Ethics Review Board Meeting Wednesday, June 28, 2023 6:00 PM Municipal Plaza Building The Ethics Review Board Meeting will hold its regular meeting in the Municipal Plaza Building beginning at 6:00 PM. Once convened, the Ethics Review Board Meeting will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times. Once a quorum is established, the Ethics Review Board Meeting shall consider the following: Welcome / Opening Remarks Swearing in of new ERB member Approval of Minutes 1. Approval of the minutes from the Ethics Review Board meeting on January 30, 2023. Public Comments Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 2. The 2022 ERB Annual Report. 3. ERB recommendations related to the City of San Antonio Ethics Code and Municipal Campaign Finance Code. At any time during the meeting, the Ethics Review Board Meeting may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
