City of San Antonio AGENDA Ethics Review Board Meeting City Tower Concourse Monday, March 25, 2024 6:00 PM Conference Room B The Ethics Review Board Meeting will hold its regular meeting in the City Tower Concourse Conference Room B at 100 W. Houston, San Antonio, Texas 78205 b eginning at 6:00 PM. The City Tower Concourse Level can be accessed utilizing the City Tower Parking Garage elevators. Access to the elevators is available at the street level on either the Flores Street or Main Street sides of the facility. Once a quorum is established, the Ethics Review Board Meeting shall consider the following no sooner than the designated times: Approval of Minutes 1. Approval of the minutes from the Ethics Review Board meeting on June 28, 2023 Public Comments Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 2. The 2023 ERB Annual Report 3. Ethics Code and Municipal Campaign Finance Code 4. Financial Disclosure Reporting At any time during the meeting, the Ethics Review Board Meeting may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
