Approval of the minutes from the Fire Fighters' and Police Officers' Civil Service Commission meeting on February 14, 2022 Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 2. Protest and appeals of questions from the written examination for the position of Fire Lieutenant administered on February 22, 2022. 3. Notice and appropriate action regarding the approval of the eligibility list for the position of Fire Lieutenant. 4. Notice and appropriate action regarding the approval of the eligibility list for the position of Police Sergeant. 5. Notice and appropriate action regarding the approval to administer a Probationary Firefighter Examination. 6. Notice and appropriate action to approve two lists of psychiatrists to evaluate two San Antonio Police Department applicants. 7. Review, discussion, and possible action regarding SAPD applicants appeal to beginning positions. a. Edward Lopez – Rule IX 11 – False Statement – Permanent Disqualification b. William Harrington – Rule IX 9a – Employment History – Eligible June 23, 2023 8. Notice of SAPD disciplinary suspensions without pay: a. An agreed three (3) day suspension for Officer Bryan J. Fletcher effective February 8, 2022. 4. Notice and appropriate action regarding the approval of the eligibility list for the position of Police Sergeant. 5. Notice and appropriate action regarding the approval to administer a Probationary Firefighter Examination. 6.
