Once convened, the Fire Fighters’ and Police Officers’ Civil Service Commission Meeting will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times. Approval of the minutes from the Fire Fighters' and Police Officers' Civil Service Commission meeting on August 29, 2022 Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 2. Notice and appropriate action regarding the approval of the eligibility list for the position of Police Captain created from Police Captain Examination administered in two parts on June 23, 2022, and July 26, 2022. This eligibility list will be valid for 18 months from the date of certification by the Commission. 3. Review, discussion, and possible action regarding SAPD applicants appeal to beginning positions. a. Edward Rinza – Rule IX A – Passing Score KSA – Eligible 6 months from written exam date b. An agreed thirty (30) day suspension for Officer Jose L. Camacho effective August 29, 2022. c. An agreed three (3) day suspension for Officer Joshua T. Lesperance effective August 24, 2022. d. An agreed one (1) day suspension for Officer William A. Perez effective September 1, 2022. e. An agreed three (3) day suspension for Officer William G. Watson effective September 1, 3.
