The following will be considered: Call to Order Meeting Minutes 1. Approval of the minutes from the Head Start Policy Council meeting on September 24, 2024. Public Comments Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 2. Approval of 2024 Community Assessment 3. Review of 2023­2024 Head Start, Early Head Start (EHS), and Early Head Start­Child Care Partnership (EHS­CCP) Program Information Report (PIR) 4. Review and Discussion of Head Start Parent Survey Results 5. Review of Head Start, EHS, and Early Head Start­Child Care Partnership (EHS­CCP) Fiscal Report 6. Review of Head Start, EHS, and EHS­CCP Monthly Program Report 7. Review of EHS and EHS­CCP Quality Assurance Report Adjournment At any time during the meeting, the Head Start Policy Council Meeting may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
