The following will be considered: Call to Order Meeting Minutes 1. Approval of the minutes from the Head Start Policy Council meeting on November 19, 2024. Public Comments Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 2. Election of Head Start Policy Council Officers 3. Election of Head Start Policy Council Community Representatives 4. Election of Committee Members 5. Approval of Head Start Policy Council Meeting days and times 6. Review of Determining, Verifying, and Documenting Eligibility 7. Feedback on Head Start Parent Handbook 8. Review of Head Start, Early Head Start (EHS), and Early Head Start­Child Care Partnership (EHS­CCP) Fiscal Report 9. Review of Head Start, EHS, and EHS­CCP Monthly Program Report 10. Review of Head Start Quality Assurance Report 11. Review of EHS and EHS­CCP Quality Assurance Report Adjournment At any time during the meeting, the Head Start Policy Council Meeting may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.  (EHS­CCP) Fiscal Report 9.
