The following will be considered: Call to Order Meeting Minutes 1. Approval of the minutes from the Head Start Policy Council meeting on August 26, 2025. Public Comments Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 2. Approval of 2026-2027 Head Start/Early Head Start (EHS) Continuation Grant Application 3. Approval of 2025-2026 Head Start/Early Head Start (EHS) Certification of Health and Safety Screener 4. Approval of 2025-2026 Early Head Start-Child Care Partnership (EHS-CCP) Certification of Health and Safety Screener 5. Approval of Governance Bylaws, Impasse Procedure, and Community Complaints Policy 6. Approval of Head Start Amendment to PDM Policy 7 Identification and Reporting of Child Abuse and Neglect 7. Review of Head Start, Early Head Start (EHS), and Early Head Start-Child Care Partnership (EHS-CCP) Fiscal Report 8. Review of EHS and EHS-CCP Quality Assurance Report 9. Review of Head Start, EHS, and EHS-CCP Monthly Program Report 10. Head Start Administrator Announcement Adjournment At any time during the meeting, the Head Start Policy Council Meeting may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
