City of San Antonio AGENDA Mayor's Commission on the Status of Women Plaza de Armas ­ Culture Thursday, August 15, 2024 5:30 PM Commons Gallery The Mayor's Commission on the Status of Women will hold a meeting in the Plaza de Armas ­ Culture Commons Gallery beginning at 5:30 PM. Once convened, the Mayor's Commission on the Status of Women will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times. Members of the public can comment on items on the agenda. Questions relating to these rules may be directed to the Office of the City Clerk at (210) 207­7253 Once a quorum is established, the Mayor's Commission on the Status of Women shall consider the following: Public Comments 1. Public Comments [Interested speakers will have 3 minutes to address the Mayor’s Comission on the Status of Women on agenda related matters] Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 2. MCSW 2023/24 Fiscal Year Expenditures Commissioners must bring ideas to spend 2023 remaining funds Commissioners to vote on potential expenditures 3. Motion to Adjourn At any time during the meeting, the Mayor's Commission on the Status of Women may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
