The *CANCELED* Mayor's Commission on the Status of Women will hold its regular meeting
in the Plaza de Armas beginning at 5:30 PM. Once convened, the *CANCELED* Mayor's
Commission on the Status of Women will take up the following items no sooner than the
designated times.
Members of the public can comment on items on the agenda. To submit comments or sign up to

Once a quorum is established, the *CANCELED* Mayor's Commission on the Status of Women
shall consider the following:
Approval of Minutes
1. Approval of the minutes from the Mayor's Commission on the Status of Women meeting on
May 14, 2025

Commission on the Status of Women on agenda related matters]
Briefing and Possible Action on the following items
3. Recommendation of a Collaboration with the Departments of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion &
Accessibility and the Metropolitan Health District on an August health equity meeting that
focuses on maternal mortality
4. Recommendations on MCSW 2025 Fiscal Year Expenditures
5. Recommendations on a scholarship agreement with the Alamo Colleges Foundation
6. Update and possible action on ByLaws
7. Announcements, Upcoming Events and Future Items
8. Motion to Adjourn
ADJOURNMENT
At any time during the meeting, the *CANCELED* Mayor's Commission on the Status of
Women may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office
concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
