Mayor's Commission on the Status of Women

The Mayor's Commission on the Status of Women will hold its regular meeting in the Plaza de
Armas beginning at 5:30 PM. Once convened, the Mayor's Commission on the Status of Women
will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times.
Members of the public can comment on items on the agenda. To submit comments or sign up to
speak, please go to www.sanantonio.gov/agenda and click on the eComment link for instructions.

Once a quorum is established, the Mayor's Commission on the Status of Women shall consider
the following:

Briefing and Possible Action on the following items
3. Welcome of new commissioners and overview of the MCSW
4. Discuss Accomplishments of 2024 – 2025
5. Review of the FY 2026 Budget
6. Planning for 2026
7. Discussion of MCSW strategic planning session
8. Announcements, Upcoming Events, and Future Items
9. Motion to Adjourn
ADJOURNMENT
At any time during the meeting, the Mayor's Commission on the Status of Women may meet in
executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client
matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
