City of San Antonio AGENDA Mayor's Commission on the Status of Women Monday, December 8, 2025 9:00 AM Municipal Plaza Building The Mayor's Commission on the Status of Women will hold its regular meeting in the B Room in the Municipal Plaza Building at 114 W. Commerce Street beginning at 9:00 AM. Once convened, the Mayor's Commission on the Status of Women will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times. Members of the public can comment on items on the agenda. To submit comments or sign up to speak, please go to www.sanantonio.gov/agenda and click on the eComment link for instructions. Questions relating to these rules may be directed to the Office of the City Clerk at (210) 207- 7253 Once a quorum is established, the Mayor's Commission on the Status of Women shall consider the following: Approval of Minutes 1. Approval of the minutes from the Mayor’s Commission on the Status of Women meeting on August 27, 2025 Public Comments 2. Public Comments {Interested speakers will have 3 minutes to address the Mayor’s Commission on the Status of Women on agenda matters} Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 3. Consideration of MCSW Planning for 2026 4. Consideration of MCSW 2026 Fiscal Year Expenditures ADJOURNMENT At any time during the meeting, the Mayor's Commission on the Status of Women may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
