St. Mary, 2nd Floor, Rio Vista Room, San Antonio, TX 78205 beginning at 8:30 AM. Once convened, the Municipal Civil Service Commission Meeting will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times. Once a quorum is established, the Municipal Civil Service Commission Meeting shall consider the following: Approval of Minutes 1. Approval of the minutes from the Municipal Civil Service Commission meeting on September 17, 2025. Public Comments Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 2. Scheduled hearing for the purpose of deliberating and making a recommendation to the City Manager on the appeal of Andrew Aguilar regarding his suspension, effective May 8, 2025. The employee is from the Public Works Department. At any time during the regular meeting, the Municipal Civil Service Commission may meet in executive session regarding any of the matters posted, pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074 (Personnel Matters) or Section 551.071 (Consultation with Attorney).
