Commerce Street beginning at 1:00 PM. Once convened, the Municipal Court Advisory Committee will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times. Approval of the minutes from the Municipal Court Advisory Board Subcommittee meetings on April 27, 2022 and May 6, 2022. Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 2. Appointment of part­time Municipal Court Judges. 3. Evaluation of Municipal Court Presiding Judge. ADJOURNMENT At any time during the meeting, the Municipal Court Advisory Committee may meet in executive session regarding any of the matters posted above in compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act (Texas Government Code Section 551). A. Deliberate the appointment, evaluation and duties of public officers and discuss legal issues persuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074 (personnel matters) and Texas Government Code Section 551.071 (consultation with attorney).
