Once a quorum is established, the Municipal Court Advisory Committee shall consider the following: Approval of Minutes 1. Approval of the minutes from the Municipal Court Advisory Committee meeting on April 24, 2024. Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 2. Interview of applicants for Part­Time Municipal Court Judges. [Carla Obledo, Municipal Court] EXECUTIVE SESSION At any time during the meeting, the Municipal Court Advisory Committee may meet in executive session regarding any of the matters posted above in compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act (Texas Government Code Section 551.071). A. Deliberate the appointment evaluation and duties of public officers and discuss legal issues pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074 (personnel matters) and Texas Government Code Section 551.071 (consultation with attorney).
