Once convened, the Office of Urban Redevelopment Board of Commissioners will take up the following items no sooner than the designated time. 1. Public Comments 2. Meeting Minutes Discussion and possible action to approve the Minutes from the March 20, 2024, Office of Urban Redevelopment board meeting. 3. Financial Report Department Fiscal Administrator or designee will provide a briefing on financial reports and activities. 4. Discussion and Possible Action on the following items: a. Discussion and possible action to approve the Second Amendment to the Contract for Sale of Land for Private Redevelopment for an amount not to exceed Seven Million Four Hundred Seventy-Six Thousand Two Hundred Ten Dollars and Seventy-Eight Cents ($7,476,210.78) with Franklin Development Properties, Ltd. for the Four25 San Pedro Project. b. Discussion and possible action to approve the branding for OUR SA and SAAH. 5.
