The Planning and Community Development Committee will hold its regular meeting in Council Briefing
Room, City Hall beginning at 10:00 AM. Once convened, the Planning and Community Development
Committee will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times.
Members of the public can comment on items on the agenda. To sign up to speak visit

5. Resolution of No Objection for Sage Lofts, Ltd’s application for 2025 or 2026 NonCompetitive
4% Housing Tax Credits (HTC) from the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs
(TDHCA) for the construction of a 336unit affordable multifamily rental housing development
named Sage Lofts, located at approximately 7193 Old Talley Road in San Antonio’s ETJ and
allowing the construction of the development to be located within one linear mile or less from

6. Resolution of No Objection for Galm Apartments, Ltd’s application for 2025 or 2026 Non
Competitive 4% Housing Tax Credits (HTC) from the Texas Department of Housing and
Community Affairs (TDHCA) for the construction of a 324unit affordable multifamily rental
housing development named Galm Apartments, located at approximately 13380 W FM 471 in

7. Resolution of No Objection for Pedcor Investments2024CCVIII, LP’s application for 2025 or
2026 NonCompetitive 4% Housing Tax Credits (HTC) from the Texas Department of Housing
and Community Affairs (TDHCA) for the construction of a 312unit affordable multifamily rental
housing development named West Dell Apartment Homes, located at approximately 11400 Alamo
Ranch Parkway in San Antonio’s ETJ. [Lori Houston, Assistant City Manager; Veronica Garcia,

Adjournment
At any time during the meeting, the Planning and Community Development Committee may meet in
executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters
under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
