The Planning and Community Development Committee will hold its regular meeting in Council
Briefing Room, City Hall beginning at 10:00 AM. Once convened, the Planning and Community
Development Committee will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times.
Members of the public can comment on items on the agenda. To sign up to speak visit

Once a quorum is established, the Planning and Community Development Committee shall

2. Proposal to create a Digital Media and Arts Pilot Program in the City of San Antonio. [John

3. Council Consideration Request by Councilmember Teri Castillo (District 5) to evaluate
Chapter 11 Fire Prevention and Chapter 16 Licenses and Business Regulations for Used

4. The Rental Engagement & Assistance to Connect with Housing (REACH) Initiative [Lori

5. Request to expand the boundaries of the Somerset Grove Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone

6. Awarding up to $400,000 from the Housing Trust Fund to Opportunity Home San Antonio

7. Construction of Creekside at Lookout Apartments by the San Antonio Housing Facility

Adjournment
At any time during the meeting, the Planning and Community Development Committee may
meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney
client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
