Once convened, the Planning and Community Development Committee will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times. Members of the public can comment on items on the agenda. Once a quorum is established, the Planning and Community Development Committee shall consider the following: Approval of Minutes 1. Approval of minutes from the Planning and Community Development Committee meeting on October 28, 2025. Public Comment Consent Agenda 2. Resolution of No Objection for the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs Non-Competitive 4% Housing Tax Credits for the construction of Brickstone Flats, a 290- unit affordable multi-family rental housing development located at 9003 Somerset Rd in Council District 4. [John Peterek, Assistant City Manager; Veronica Garcia, Director, Neighborhood and Housing Services Department] 3. Bandera Road Corridor Plan (Phase 2) [John Peterek, Assistant City Manager; Bridgett White, Director, Planning Department] Briefing and Possible Action on 4. Increasing housing supply for the following special populations: veterans seeking to utilize housing vouchers within five miles of a Veterans Affairs health care facility; people with disabilities, notably the deaf and blind; older adults; and LGBTQ+ youth experiencing homelessness.
