Resolution of No Objection for the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs Non-Competitive 4% Housing Tax Credits for the construction of Brickstone Flats, a 290- unit affordable multi-family rental housing development located at 9003 Somerset Rd in Council District 4. Increasing housing supply for the following special populations: veterans seeking to utilize housing vouchers within five miles of a Veterans Affairs health care facility; people with disabilities, notably the deaf and blind; older adults; and LGBTQ+ youth experiencing homelessness.
