At any time during the meeting, the Planning Commission may meet in executive session for consultation

Planning Commission Members
A majority of appointive members, other than ex officio, shall constitute a quorum.
Members of the public may provide comment on any agenda item, consistent with procedural rules
governing the Planning Commission meetings and state law. Public comment may also be provided as

7. FPV# 22002: Request by City of San Antonio Public Works Department’s Project Delivery
Division for approval of a Variance Request associated with a denied Floodplain Development
Permit (FPDP) #2022510 for channel improvements along segments of Slick Ranch Creek that
will provide 100year flood reduction benefits for many adjacent properties. The engineering
analysis show water surface elevation rises that exceed those permitted by the city’s floodplain
