Academy
The Public Safety Committee will hold its regular meeting at the San Antonio Fire Training Academy at
300 S. Callaghan Road beginning at 9:30 AM. Once convened, the Public Safety Committee will take
up the following items no sooner than the designated times.
Members of the public can comment or speak on items on the agenda. Public comment will be
scheduled during the meeting by the Chair. If an individual signs up to speak on one or more items, all
comments will be heard at the same time. To sign up to speak visit www.saspeakup.com. Click on
meetings and events and select the meeting you’d like to participate in. Sign up to speak or submit a

3. Briefing and possible action on an Interlocal Cooperation Contract between Texas State University

Executive Session
At any time during the meeting, the Committee may meet in executive session for consultation with the
City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government
Code.
Consideration of items for future meetings
Adjournment
After the meeting, members of the Public Safety Committee may tour the San Antonio Fire Training
Academy, located at 300 S. Callaghan Road. No official action will be taken during this time.
