City of San Antonio AGENDA Ready to Work Advisory Board City Tower Large Thursday, April 28, 2022 1:00 PM Conference Room 10.W1003 The Ready to Work Advisory Board will hold its regular meeting in the City Tower Large Conference Room 10.W1003 beginning at 1:00 PM. Once convened, the Ready to Work Advisory Board will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times. Citizens may make public comments for, against, or on any item on the agenda by signing up to speak in person, emailing their comments to workforce@sanatonio.gov, or via voicemail through (210) 207­ 3934, until 5:00pm the day before the meeting. Comments must be limited to 300 words, and may be submitted in English or Spanish, and will be presented to the Board by City staff either in full or in summary, if necessary for the orderly and timely flow of the meeting. Note: Comments that do not pertain to the agenda items sent by email or left on voicemail will not be presented to the Board. Once a quorum is established, the Ready to Work Advisory Board shall consider the following: Approval of Minutes 1. Approval of the minutes from the Ready to Work meeting on March 24, 2022. Public Comments Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 2. City of San Antonio Workforce and SA: Ready to Work Updates 3. Subcommittee Updates 4. Discussion on Program Recommendations: In­Demand Occupations, Training Program Alignment, Certificate and Degree Program Allotment, Wraparound Support Levels, and Community Outreach 5. Overview of SA: Ready to Work Fiscal Year 2023 Budget ADJOURNMENT At any time during the meeting, the Ready to Work Advisory Board may meet in executive session for Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 2.
