City of San Antonio AGENDA SA Ready to Work Advisory Board Meeting North San Antonio Chamber of Commerce Tuesday, September 17, 2024 1:00 PM 12930 Country Pkwy San Antonio, TX 78216 The SA Ready to Work Advisory Board Meeting will hold its regular meeting in the North San Antonio Chamber of Commerce 12930 Country Pkwy San Antonio, TX 78216 beginning at 1:00 PM. Once convened, the SA Ready to Work Advisory Board Meeting will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times. Citizens may make public comments for, against, or on any item on the agenda by signing up to speak in person, emailing their comments to workforce@sanatonio.gov, or via voicemail through (210) 207­ 3934, until 5:00pm the day before the meeting. Comments must be limited to 300 words, and may be submitted in English or Spanish, and will be presented to the Board by City staff either in full or in summary, if necessary for the orderly and timely flow of the meeting. Note: Comments that do not pertain to the agenda items sent by email or left on voicemail will not be presented to the Board. Subcommittee Reports At any time during the meeting, the SA Ready to Work Advisory Board Meeting may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
