Houston St The River Walk Capital Improvements Advisory Board Meeting will hold its regular meeting in the City Tower Large Conference Room 18.W103, 100 W. Houston St beginning at 1:30 PM. Once convened, the River Walk Capital Improvements Advisory Board Meeting will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times. Members of the public can comment on items on the agenda. Public comments may be provided as follows: 1. Submit written comments (up to 300 words maximum) via email by 10:00 AM on Friday, December 5, 2025, to Cynthia Martinez, Board Liaison: cynthia.martinez@sanantonio.gov. These comments will be read at the time the agenda item is heard, as requested. Please include your full name, home or work address, and item number (if applicable). General comments unrelated to specific items will be read during the Public Comments section of the agenda. 2. Attend the in-person meeting and sign up to speak by 1:15 PM, before the meeting begins. Each member of the public will have two minutes to speak unless otherwise directed by the Chair. Possible Action Recommending Additional Funding for River Walk Strategic Plan ADJOURNMENT At any time during the meeting, the River Walk Capital Improvements Advisory Board Meeting may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
