City of San Antonio AGENDA Ready to Work Employer Engagement Subcommittee City Tower Large Wednesday, April 27, 2022 9:00 AM Conference Room 10.W1003 The Ready to Work Employer Engagement Subcommittee will hold its regular meeting in the City Tower Large Conference Room 10.W1003 beginning at 9:00 AM. Once convened, the Ready to Work Employer Engagement Subcommittee will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times. Citizens may make public comments for, against, or on any item on the agenda by signing up to speak in person, emailing their comments to workforce@sanantonio.gov, or via voicemail through (210) 207­ 3934, until 5:00pm the day before the meeting. Comments must be limited to 300 words, and may be submitted in English or Spanish, and will be presented to the Board by City staff either in full or in summary, if necessary for the orderly and timely flow of the meeting. Note: Comments that do not pertain to the agenda items sent by email or left on voicemail will not be presented to Committee. Once a quorum is established, the Ready to Work Employer Engagement Subcommittee shall consider the following: Approval of Minutes 1. Approval of the minutes from the Ready to Work Employer Engagement Subcommittee meeting on March 23, 2022. Public Comments Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 2. Presentation by SA WORX on Employer Pledge, Talent Pipeline Management, and Employer Roundtables 3. Discussion on Key Employer Messages and Engagement Strategies, and Ready to Work Training Catalog Once a quorum is established, the Ready to Work Employer Engagement Subcommittee shall consider the following: Approval of Minutes 1.
