Houston St., San Antonio, Texas 78205 beginning at 2:00 PM. Once convened, the San Antonio Affordable Housing, Inc. Board of Directors will take up the following items no sooner than the designated time. 1. Public Comments 2. Approval of Minutes Discussion and possible action to approve the Minutes from the December 6, 2022 San Antonio Affordable Housing, Inc. board meeting. 3. Financial Report Department Fiscal Administrator or designee will provide briefing on financial reports and activities. 4. Discussion and Possible Action on the following items a. Discussion and Possible Action to approve the FY23 combined OUR SA and SAAH budget. b. Discussion and Possible Action to approve the FY22 OUR SA and SAAH Audit by Leal & Carter, PC. c. Discussion and possible action to rescind the action taken at the December 6, 2022 board meeting to extend the project completion date for 1305 Crystal to July 31, 2023, and take any appropriate action regarding the Real Estate Sales and Redevelopment Contract between Jamroz Home Builders, LLC and SAAH. d. Discussion and possible action to approve a Request For Proposal (RFP) for construction of affordable single-family homes. 5. Staff Updates a. Operation Rebuild b. Shotgun House Pilot Program c.
