Commerce St., San Antonio, Texas 78205 beginning at 9:30 AM. Once convened, the San Antonio Affordable Housing, Inc. Board of Directors will take up the following items no sooner than the designated time. 1. Public Comments 2. Meeting Minutes Discussion and possible action to approve the Minutes from the September 20, 2023, San Antonio Affordable Housing, Inc. board meeting. 3. Financial Report Department Fiscal Administrator or designee will provide briefing on financial reports and activities. 4. Discussion and Possible Action on the following item: a. Discussion and Possible Action to approve the FY23 OURSA and SAAH Audit by Garza/Gonzalez & Associates. b. Discussion and possible action on OURSA and SAAH branding and appointment of board member to serve as liaison to engage with staff on branding. c. Discussion and possible action to approve by ratification the securing of the building located at 601 Gillette for an amount of $16,823.01. d. Discussion and possible action to authorize staff to negotiate and execute an agreement for the demolition of the building located at 601 Gillette for an amount not to exceed Fifty Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($50,000.00). e. Discussion and possible action on the Small-Scale Rental Rehab Program and establishing a scoring subcommittee. 5. Staff Updates 6.
