Meeting Minutes Discussion and possible action to approve the Minutes from the January 24, 2024, San Antonio Affordable Housing, Inc. board meeting. 3. Financial Report Department Fiscal Administrator or designee will provide briefing on financial reports and activities. 4. Discussion and Possible Action on the following item: a. Discussion and possible action to authorize staff to negotiate and execute an agreement to complete the construction of the house at 1305 Crystal with Greenboro Homes. b. Briefing on Small Rental Rehab Program Request for Applications. c. Briefing on Operation Rebuild d. Briefing on Prototype Homes 5.
