Commerce St., San Antonio, Texas 78205 beginning at 9:30 AM. Once convened, the San Antonio Affordable Housing, Inc. Board of Directors will take up the following items no sooner than the designated time. 1. Public Comments 2. Meeting Minutes Discussion and possible action to approve the Minutes for the San Antonio Affordable Housing, Inc. board meeting on September 18, 2024. 3. Financial Report Department Fiscal Administrator or designee will provide briefing on financial reports and activities. 4. Discussion and/or Action on the following items: a. Discussion and Possible Action to approve the FY24 OUR SA and SAAH Audit by Garza/Gonzalez & Associates, LLC. b. Discussion and Possible Action to authorize staff to negotiate and execute a Professional Services Agreement for a term of one year with three one-year options for an amount not to exceed Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000) annually with Willie Villarreal to provide project management services. c. Update on Prototype Homes d. Update on Operation Rebuild Rehab Program e. Update on Shotgun House Pilot Rehab Program f. Update on EDI Grant Rehab Program g. Update on 115 Gray St. and 118 Coleman St. 5.
