Once convened, the San Antonio - Bexar County Soccer Public Facility Corporation Board Meeting will take up the following items no sooner than the designated times. Approval of the minutes from the San Antonio – Bexar County Soccer Public Facility Corporation (SABC Soccer PFC) meeting on January 24, 2025. Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 2. Approval of the FY2024 Financial Audit 3. Upudate on the FY2025 Budget 4. Approval of scope of work to conduct facility assesment of Toyota Field utilizing City of San Antonio on-call consultant. At any time during the meeting, the San Antonio - Bexar County Soccer Public Facility Corporation Board Meeting may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
