Call to order. 2. Approval of the minutes from the San Antonio Economic Development Corporation meeting on August 30, 2022. Public Comments Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 3. Annual Election of Officers for the Corporation (Vice President, Secretary). 4. Action to approve a resolution to amend the SAEDC bylaws. 5. Executive Director’s Report. At any time during the meeting, the San Antonio Economic Development Corporation Board of Directors Meeting may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code. Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 3.
