Approval of Minutes 1. Approval of the minutes from the San Antonio Economic Development Corporation meeting on March 7, 2023. Public Comments Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 2. Action to approve the SAEDC FY 2022 Annual Report. 3. Resolution to approve the SAEDC FY 2024 Budget and authorize the Executive Director to execute a Funding Agreement with the City of San Antonio. 4. Executive Director’s Report. ADJOURNMENT Adjourn. At any time during the meeting, the San Antonio Economic Development Corporation may meet in executive session for consultation with the City Attorney's Office concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code. 2.
